I am an experienced community organizer and consultant, currently working with Race Forward, a national organization dedicated to "building the collective power necessary to counter structural racism through collaboration with aligned individuals, organizations, and movements." I bring a nuanced and practical analysis informed by my identity, lived experience, socio-political knowledge, and academic background in community development and social action.
